I just want know. Because he fits perfectly in La back with AD as top defensive team & as we all know that’s home and he likes being back in LA. If Jrue chose to join back w AD after this year in a opt out will everyone hate him? Because he’s clearly being shopped everywhere despite not saying he wants to be traded. So if the team can take it upon they self to say he’s too old despite all he’s done here & despite him clearly being best 2way guard in league. Why is it that’s ok but AD saying the organization isn’t doing right by me and Mickey Loomis is ruining this team but we have to hate him?

It’s never been said that we are actively shopping Jrue. He’s just a hot commodity for a lot of teams that want to contend next season.

because Jrue wouldn't have caused a debacle with 1.5 years left on his contract in the middle of a season.

I do think Griff leaked the 10 teams story to try and shake a crazy offer loose, but all the rumors we've heard so far are teams being interested in Jrue, not the Pels shopping Jrue. If Jrue gets traded this offseason it will be for 1 of 2 reasons.

1) Somebody overpaid and made an offer Griff couldn't refuse. That's not crazy with how bad the FA class is and how many teams are trying to win.
2) Jrue refused extension offers meaning he's likely leaving as a FA and he'll walk for nothing if you don't trade him.

If we don't hear of an extension getting signed this offseason then he's probably getting traded before the deadline unless the Pels start fast and look like a mid tier or better playoff team and think winning will convince him to stay.

As for all of your other comments trying to make us feel sympathy for AD, if you can't see how AD did pretty much EVERYTHING wrong at EVERY opportunity in terms of making a graceful exit, you're just blind. From telling teammates in training camp that he probably wouldn't finish out the season to That's All Folks, I really don't think he could have pissed off fans more if he were actually trying. He's just naturally that awkward and bad with public relations.

1) LAL won't have the cap space to sign him, nor the assets to trade for him.

2) A low key guy like Jrue would never be happy playing with Lebron.

3) frick AD
