I'm dealing with facts. Call me a dumbass if you want but what I'm saying is true. They're not good, they trade their pics for crap, Chris Paul was the one hope they had and he asked to get the frick out of there. Now Davis is out and they'll assume their position at the bottom again.

1. They don't suck, they are reasonably ok right now.
2. They have a top 5 player in anthony davis
3. They have young talent
4. They will win a championship in the next 5-8 years.
5. Even if they did suck, I am an unconditional fan of the pelicans.
6. They "continue to lose?" Right now they have a winning record.
7. If you're not pelicans fan, why are you here?

Why are you on this board? If you don't like the pelicans than leave. They will win a championship in the next eight years because they will build around AD (AD=Anthony Davis, in case you didn't get Ryan Anderson's memo). In eight years, you don't know what this league will look like. However, I imagine the pelicans will be a bona fide title contender by then. I can see them making the playoffs at least next year, this year if they're lucky.
