We are currently tied for 9th with Detroit. It doesn't really matter though.
Boston, Orlando, Milwaukee, and Philly are not stopping until they hit the bottom. Sacramento and LA are just not good teams and are 3-7 in the last 10. Denver is just as bad as we are in the last 10 (1-9) and only 2 games ahead in the win column. Maybe we get lucky from the 7 spot and win a top 3 pick, but anyone holding out hope that we will end bottom 4/5 is deluding themselves as long as AD is healthy.

Even if we lose every game, it's still not enough to get in the top 4. Gonna need to get extremely lucky.

The next three games are the swing games in my opinion. After that the schedule is pretty rough.

5 will be really hard, and likely means we lose our pick because 1-2 teams jump us.
