This doesn’t make sense, he’s not man enough to tell them shut up he’s playing but he’s man enough to bark for trades?

He doesn’t say anything. He pays people to do that for him.

What if he did say that and Griff over ruled him. Then Griff threw him under the bus publicly. I would probably ask to get traded too. Griff is the problem, hes straight lying to everyone. Its why Cavs ownership fired him too.

I say let Zion play. If he can stay healthy and productive, trade his a$$ if he isn't happy for max value. If he can't play because of injuries, that is the same thing as sitting out anyway.

This comment about Zion and the Pels this morning was nothing from any sources just some chatter.
Sorry for any confusion it caused.

Apologizing like that is basically him calling it bullshite. Not sure if I should delete this or just anchor it so people can see what it was.

If he thinks the media is bad here. Let go to NY or L.A. They are relentless on this pussy shite he is pulling here. Trade the bum

I say next time Zion hype his the roof you should be working on getting him where he wants to be.
That team needs to have a top 10 PG, a 40% plus 3 point shooter, a player that protect the rim, and a lottery pick.
Then we do not need him.

Jordy doesn't know shite about the Pelicans. Zion requesting a trade doesn't make any sense. He knows he won't have the pick of where to go at this point in his career, dude has played like 120 games in 4 years.
Which is also the problem with trying to trade Zion in general. We're not going to get anything close to max value because of all the time he's missed and all the drama surrounding his tenure here.
Also there's the issue of maxing out a guy then trading him the following year, which doesn't look good for future free agents who may want to come to New Orleans. I believe that our team goes out of it's way to take blame for these things, and I think that is attractive to NBA players. We used to do things more old school with the old front office and if memory serves, no one wanted to play here.

Are you guys seriously dismissing Jordy again?
He dropped Zion info last year while he was injured. Nobody believed him then either. Less than 24 hours, he was proven to be right and have info.
The pelicans are not Jordy’s source. Zion and Zion’s stepfather are Jordy’s direct source.
It stems back to the interview w Zion’s stepfather 4-5 years ago. Jordy has their contact info and Lee Anderson is not one that is afraid to talk when frustrated.
So this is likely 10000% true. Jordy and Shams know more than our entire local media teams regarding Zion. They are the GO TO sources for this kid. And it’s been proven time and time again. Just 1-2 weeks ago, Shams kept saying fitness and conditioning and everyone ignored it. Turns out, he knew.
Edit- Just read Jordy’s new tweet via ATL
This could just be him backtracking bc Zion’s stepfather called him up and said WTF, that info was not for public consumption. We will never know.

Why? It happened with BI, it was widely reported, so seems odd to say it's "ridiculous" when I'm pointing out something that was widely reported, not like something I'm pulling out of nowhere.
Your reading comprehension isn’t that bad Shel. You left off the part where I said BI wanting to be fully 100% recovered “isn’t good.” The point I was making, which you had to understand, is that the frequency of Zion injuries and BI injuries isn’t in the same zip code. And it’s not and no one can argue it is.
