CJ going 5/15 in an elimination game was the most predictable thing of the 2023 NBA season

:vomit:

Always sucks in the playoffs. Not a championship player.

Let’s get a real point guard plz.

Last year against the Suns, we win with someone better than CJ.

Game 1– 9/25
Game 2– 7/18
Game 3– 11/23
Game 4– 8/21
Game 5– 7/22
Game 6 — 7/16

Game 4, 5, and 6 he went 2/9, 1/8, 1/5 from 3.

You can’t win with a guy like that.

CJ prolly likes Zion being hurt bc it distracts everyone from the fact that CJ sucks

Draft one lol. We could have drafted Darius Garland. It was an obvious pick

Not saying CJ is the PG of the future, but he’s been playing hurt for the past 3 months. Hard to fault a 31 year old guard playing through the pain when you have a 22 year old generational talent throwing down windmills during warmups but refusing to play because he doesn’t “feel like Zion”.

You do know that CJ was playing with a bad thumb on his shooting hand that requires surgery as well as a banged up shoulder for the past 3 months? He decided to play put off surgery and play through the pain in order to help the team win.

CJ is a career 38% 3pt shooter in the playoffs averaging 20 pts a game.

I am willing to give him a pass if we was playing with a bum thumb and a torn labrum while a guy who is 100% healthy decides not to play.

He sucked, and yet the game was lost when we were outscored by 15 points in the 7 minutes he was on the bench

It's just that simple, just get a real point guard!

Also, we don't need a real PG, we already have 2 main facilitators.
