No, unless the Lakers then jumped into the top four, we would have zero first round picks. Our first would go to Charlotte, and the Lakers pick would go to Memphis.

No our pick would convey to CHA, I believe.
In lottery top 4 = NOLA
In lottery after 4 = POR
Out of lottery = CHAR

excluding the possibility that we don’t make the 1st round and it comes up top 4, I think we’d rather it went to Charlotte 15-30. That clears up any obligation to them and pushes POR to the MIL 2025 pick. Then hope like hell the lakers wash out and get top 10
if they don’t then we will have 2 first rounders next year, maybe they’ll be even worse
