My reaction to this is 100% dependent on the price. I think CJ can bring a lot to this team but they need to not get stupid on what they give up. Let’s see.

Yeah, all depends on cost. I'm hoping it's not much at all, but prepared for it to be Hart/Sato and 2 1sts

The sinking feeling in my gut is that Griffin is about to get absolutely raped.
He is going to give up a player like Jax and Hart and multiple 1sts for an aging guy making 30 mill.

Bright side to CJ is he's the president of the players union, that may carry a little weight with free agents that would be choosing between us or someone else.

Idk the weak attempts of the Blazers at leaking Atlanta and NY as also interested (when neither really makes sense) tells me they’re not getting what they want from Griff and are trying to drive up the price. We’ll see.

That's the most important part. I'm ready to burn these assets. It's not like we are an amazing drafting organization. We get lucky from time to time but our track record hasn't been great. Hopefully, we don't have to include Murphy or Hayes.
