I really think if he got traded to a big market team NY, L.A., Miami he would be an all star. He just doesn’t put in the work because he doesn’t like it here

There is almost no chance of this happening. He has no work ethic and never had to try. Now he is very rich and has no desire to strive for greatness. If he's out of the NBA tomorrow, he still has tons of money. Maybe if he had something to prove or a deep love of the game, I could see it happening. But not now. It's too late..

Considering he has probably done more wrong than anyone in franchise history, this is simp behavior, which is painfully on-brand for you

Lmao, Yep get every single worth out his contract and tank in the process. I wish we would've kept Daniels. Trading away young talent in hopes of a playoff run when this guy won't even commit to getting in basketball shape at the beginning of the season is a slap to the face. Everybody that gets injured on the team is taking extended time off from injuries like it's a vacation. Nobody is serious, it's time to blow it up and fire Griff and Willie.

I just said on another sports forum watch this dude go to a supermarket team, change his whole tune and start taking his body serious. I can see it coming from a mile away. What we need to do know is get what we can.

I can't.

You guys thinking that this is only happening because Zion is in New Orleans are giving him WAAAAAY too much credit.

He's not everytime playoffs comes, he all of a sudden is hurt. This his second time already being injured right before the playoffs start. Not counting the one where he tried to get in game shape on national television when Ingram got us to the first round against the Suns. Dude is a joke. 2021 (Lost to Suns he was injured but secretly fraternizing with strippers) ,2022 (injured again and lost to the Thunder in the playin), and 2023 ( injured, lost to the thunder in the playoffs).

Me, mostly because (1) I'd love to see him and this team with better coaches, and (2) his trade value is stupidly low when injured and I'd rather keep him then sell for peanuts.

I can't think of one example remotely close to that ever happening. Especially given several factors. One, he's never been anywhere near top shape. Two, he's not a young player anymore. This is his 6th year; those habits are locked in now. Three, he's secure and very rich. This isn't someone trying to feed him family or stay off the streets. Where would that desperation and desire come from?
