I was told something could happen tomorrow or a week or more from now. But definitely before the beginning of the season. My guess is that they're waiting to see what they can pull off before they try to fill in the gaps.

VOR, I along with everyone else are sitting on edge of seats waiting on Hornets to make a move that will "WOW" us. Do you think such a move might be in the works. Thanks for all the info!

I don't know about "WOWING" anyone but it sounds like they are looking for a substantial upgrade prior to the season. Again, it sounds to me like it will involve a big man or two. And as everyone knows, they'll also pick up a backup PG.

FWIW, I had a phone conversation with the general manager of a local radio station that I represent, and he said he had heard from his sources pretty much everything I discussed in the original post. We laughed at the similarities. So maybe there's some truth to it or the organization is just out there spreading shite on the down low to keep people happy.

So you have someone that confirmed what your source said in that something will probably happen soon, but no one knows any specifics? Are you TRYING to give us blue balls?

Let me ask you something. If the organization is targeting a specific player that would involve a trade and the bargaining that goes with it, why would they identify that person openly and weaken their position?

shite. Me too. The thing that I think is encouraging and the reason I posted this stuff in the first place is that this shows they aren't satisfied with the current roster for the upcoming season. I think we all had thoughts that there was only minor tinkering to do. But it appears they want more and they want it now.
