Not only did I marry a teacher, I too was a teacher. She retired with 32 years and I with 36.

Worried? Sure. But we make the best offer we can. If he leaves , we go after the next best DC we can.
We losing several good Seniors and prob several good Juniors. Rebuilding year of sorts . 8-4, 9-3 would be ok
So a HC just goes out and hires crappy coaches ?? A good HC will go out and hire the best assistants that he can and let them coach
I see no reason to talk in what ifs. What done is done. Move on
Keep some of the coaches on staff

If HC don't need good assistants then why everybody want Aranda to stay and think we need to get rid of Grimes and BDP?
