7 coaches out of 30 is 23% black coaches. Not bad considering the population percentage, then factoring in that most players don't want to coach after they finish playing.

It’s just Shamit and Fletcher talking him up and going on about the connections weaver has with Langdon at the Nets as well as Griff talking nothing but praise for him when Griff went to Sydney to see Didi
