I have a good handle on Ponds/Carsen/Windier/Tacko/Porter

I actually like a lot of the guys projected to be in the 2nd. Porter wouldve been a 1st if not for an ACL tear

All would be solid gambles. Tacko is just a guy like Boban Marnjanovic who is so big it’s just ridiculous. As a second round pick you try to get him and see if he can at least be a guy off the bench who can maybe someday give you around 15-20 mpg as a shot blocking, rebounding, efficient basket maker in the pros. That would be a great role to have filled by a second rounder

This will never happen with Tacko, he will get hacked anytime he touches the ball on the offensive end.

Louis King is going to be a steal. If we get him at 39 I’m going to freak out.

This. I love watching Carsen Edwards play. Not afraid to shoot and he plays extremely hard.

It would be a good gamble

I’ll be disappointed if those picks aren’t packed to move up. A couple of those mocks make not sense too. Fall and Makur? Both might go undrafted. Ponds with the first pick and Porter with the second? Isn’t Porter a 1st round prospect?

I don’t see anyway Porter is there at 57 unless his medicals are trash now after the injury.

Why is Edwards projected to go so late?

The dude can ball. you take him if he's available that late

Jalen Lecque is interesting. High school senior with good size and athleticism. Will have to see how he does at the combine.

What are peoples thoughts on PJ Washington and (homer FA pick) Tremont Waters. Both could be bench players who provide offense. Something we need.

Windler would be a great pickup.
6' 8"
Complete game.
He has days when he can carry the offense with outside shooting.
On off days he boards and passes and runs the floor.

The combine may go too well for him and ends up low first.
Warriors at 28.
San Antonio 29.

He's teeny and not really fast.
He can star in the Phillipine under 6' 4" pro league.
