Terrible

My incessant shopping for a used Strat has led me to this thing. for some "odd reason" it won't sell.

I guess there is a guitar for every player, but this is the guitar equivalent to an "OT Zero".

So again I ask "Would You Play It?"

By the way it is just a guitar center link.

It looks like it would be more at home as wall art in a 60s/70s muscle car enthusiast's man cave than strapped to an actual player. If it played well and sounded good, sure, what the hell, I'd play it.

Like sex with a ugly woman though. You wouldn’t want your friends to know.

I wouldn't play it, but I can see a guy playing guitar in a band playing 50s/60s stuff could dig it and make it fit the look of the band.

Everybody likes something different, baw. Which is a good thing, mostly.

I have many guitars that look much worse than that.

Sure, I would play it. It isn't my style, though, so I wouldn't buy it.

Might be fun to play for a few minutes. But, I hate painted necks and guitars with only a single humbucker.

A strat pickguard AND refinishing the neck would do wonders.

I actually think it looks pretty cool, but it's not going to be very versatile, good quality I'm sure.
Did you play it? How did you like the sound and how it played? Did it have a sound that you can live with?
It's different, and you will probably never see another one just like it.Can you get a deal on it?

Is the fret board painted,or just stained? I had a Strat back in the 80s with a painted fret board,it wasn't a bad guitar, but I didn't keep it long.
