With all the recent ruckus in Hip Hop

Why all of the sudden the recent releases in hip hop? Kendrick, ASAP Ferg, Jay Elec.
You know why, and they do to.
"The album is coming September just wait on it."
"It's like every time I plot a return I seem to shift the game."
Nothing Was The Same
Drake is about to take over.
Reminds me of what Jay Z said in an interview. He told all of his guys to put out as much music as they could b/c 50 is about to takeover. Same scenario here.
I think he's selling a million first week man I guess I'm an optimist.

I'm an Ace Hood fan but I don't see this happening.

He blows Drake out of the water. Ace Hood has a better flow, better lyrics, and has better music. Him and Cory Gunz are easily the best from Cash Money. Not trying to knock Drake either

Yeah but he doesn't have anything in line to be released soon so he can't really "take over the game"

Me either and he is a dawg too. No room in the mainstream for dude like Ace.

He won't sell a million in the first week. He'd need a HUGE "The Moto" type radio single RIGHT NOW. "Started From the Botton" was big, but its been too long since it was released.
I say 500,000+ but not a million.

Yeah. He'd need a random killer feature at this point. No New Friends dropped too long ago and All Me just didn't create the buzz that I thought (due to Big Sean's weak verse).
He does ~750k tbh, with 1 million just being optimistic.

Drake is honestly the best rapper in the industry right now and it's hard to deny. Haters can hate while they flip burgers at burger king.

Actually it is much more likely that someone who listens to Drake (or current hip hop in general) works at Burger King or some other minimum wage job.
