Usually written off as a B-class hair metal act, I submit that this was one of the better bands of the 1980s. I think we can all agree that Vito Bratta was one of the most innovative and brilliant guitarists/songwriters of the era. His style of mixing lead and rhythm in one hyper-active guitar line throughout a song is joyful. (Best example is probably Little Fighter.)
Recently, I came across this entire concert at The Ritz from 1988 The recording is of stunningly high quality - his guitar is just in your face. I've linked it to the solo during When the Children Cry, as the band comes in in full for the rest of the song (something I had never heard on that song before.) It is glorious.

I remember being pissed because my parents’ TV wouldn’t turn up loud enough when the video for “Wait” would play on MTV.

I saw them open up for Cinderella in around 88 or 89. They weren't bad at all. Vitto Bratta literally fell off the map & completely left the music business after they broke up. I would love to see what he looks like today.

Yes. That's literally my only memory of them, how unbelievably talented the guitar player was. But honestly, I probably haven't heard a song by them in over 20 years. I'll give your link a listen tonight.

Eddie Truck on what Vito Bratta does today.
He doesn't play anymore and hasn't for roughly 25 years.

Bratta could outplay most of the shredders of the era. Their version of Radar Love is excellent.

Damn, what a cool solo in Little Fighter.

Saw em open for KISS on Crazy Nights tour in '88. They were ok. Vito was a great player.

He famously disappeared into thin air. It was later revealed that his mother had been very ill, so he was taking care of her. But, he evidently was always a recluse that the singer had to draw out of hiding. Some commentary here. LINK
