While the MB is on this 90's kick, how underrated is PJ Harvey?

Of the stuff from that era that i still listen to regularly, she trails only Sonic Youth. A true visionary

Never much cared for her, but the song "Water" is a classic for me. Remember first hearing it while watching the trailer for Amateur. Gave me chills. Used it as the soundtrack for one of my artsy-fartsy student films.

Dry is easily one of the best albums of that decade. Was lucky enough to see her at Tips in 92 then again for a showcase show in NYC in 01
