I have a young niece and nephew interested in vinyl, and I want to stoke that flame. Where are y’all buying vinyl?

Side note: Why isn’t there a vinyl subscription service like the old Netflix where you “rent” records?

Record store.. Amazon... Barnes & Noble... Music Direct../

Too fragile, risk of damage/breakage with all the handling would be too high

I haven't bought vinyl in years but what about Deep Discount (online store) as another source? Many moons ago I bought some cds and dvds from them and they did a good job.

In Baton Rouge...Capital City Records...awesome place and great owner.

I gotta make a run there soon—maybe this week!

Don't go to Retro Music Co. in Covington. All that stuff in there is my stuff and I just haven't bought it yet. Just leave it alone.

If you want to collect them like people collect baseball cards, then record stores and what not.

If you want a bunch just to listen to and own, go full antiquetiger and hit up the estate sales and junk shops. Every once in a while you’ll hit the jackpot with your favorite artists; but the sleeves will be beat to hell.

Euclid Records to me is the best in the New Orleans and Baton Rouge areas. Off Piety Street near the river

I wouldn't buy anything good since they are probably playing LP's on a Crosley.
