I guess it’s now 40 years old

It's a good one. Bob Seger did a lot of great things walking between G to C and to E minor in a unique way. Some of the first things I learned, and even borrow(steal) from it.

Bob Seeger stole a bunch of girlfriends, therefore we have downvotes.

It did not even break wind.

I can't give it a number , but it has a category. If I hear it I NEVER change the radio.

Night Moves might rank higher for me, but neither are near the top of my list. He's a great lyricist.

Not even my favorite Bob Seeger song. I guess that would be Turn The Page.

There are many Bob Seger songs I like a lot more.
You'll Accomp'ny Me, Turn the Page, Fire Lake, Travelin' Man to name a few.

The older I get, the more I appreciate it. It’s not one of my favorite Seger tunes, but I do think it’s solid from a lyrical standpoint

Hollywood nights is probably bob seger's best song. It still rocks.

Just found "Ramblin' Gamblin' Man" from the Once Upon a Time in Hollywood soundtrack. Would have never known it's a Bob Seger tune, but it jams. Looks like it was on his first album - 1969
