Black Sunday is arguably one of the top 10 rap/hip-hop albums of the 90's.

Amongst groups all-time? I'd say top 25 maybe top 10 - if not for their longevity, but I'm no rap historian - off the top of my head wu tang , NWA, Erik b & rakim, sugar hill gang, outkast and a bunch of others would all be ahead?

Somewhere ahead of Poor Righteous Teachers, but behind Naughty By Nature.

I'd say about #27. ish.

I'll say top 5 for the 90's.

Cypress Hill is like #89 out of 100 in my list, but that's me.

As far as skills and such: not high.

As far as importance in the history of the culture: pretty high (swidt?)

They barely rank. They are a novelty group, and really only have one good album anyway. I mean, the album is fun and all, but they nowhere near the best rap artists ever.
