Tough; I like most of the ones mentioned. I'd have to say Sabotage, for no other reason than Symptom of the Universe is just perfect.
Here is some lagniappe for you. A non-Sabbath album that is fun for Sabbath fans is the Nativity in Black tribute album. It has bands like Ministry, Iron Maiden, Rob Zombie, and even Ozzy himself doing Sabbath covers. It is on Spotify.

There's actually two Nativity in Black albums. The first one is better. I got it on CD back when it came out in the 90s.
