It's not Pearl Jam, it's just Eddie Vedder. He plays You've Got to Hide Your Love Away, which I think is a fantastic cover. He plays a number of Beatles covers during his solo shows.

His voice fits that song perfectly. Like their version better than the original.

I also like their cover of Enter Sandman

I’ve got Motörhead’s cover of David Bowie’s “Heros”

I don’t know what they were thinking. Here, have King Crimson’s version:

"King Crimson performed Heroes at the Admiralspalast in Berlin as a celebration, a remembrancing and an homage. The concert was thirty nine years and one month after the original sessions at the Hansa Tonstudio overlooking the Berlin Wall. This is released in the Fortieth Anniversary year." - Robert Fripp

Big Dwight fan but his cover of Long White Cadillac is terrible, the original (Blasters) is flawless.

I rather like his version of Long White Cadillac. I think the original by the Blasters is too fast for that song. I like the version Dave Alvin recorded solo better than the original.

Sheryl Crow does some really good Stones covers.

Mr Cover Joe Cocker, just about anything he did.

Steven Tyler does a nice Brown Sugar for the Muscle Shoals tribute album.

The Beatles did a lot of covers in their early years. Twist and Shout was a cover. They took it from (Cincinnati’s own) The Isley Brothers who were themselves performing a reworked version of a song originally recorded by The Top Notes.

The Beatles - Twist and Shout (1963)

The Isley Brothers - Twist and Shout (1962)

The Top Notes - Twist and Shout (1961)
