Orange Beach was pretty bad the only time i've been there. It is otherwise a cool venue but Orange Beach PD loves to lock people up

I have too, but the pro move is wearing boxer briefs and stuffing them down by your crotch. They never pat you there.

I swore after 2002 I would never go back to Oak Mountain again. I've been back many times. I've really only seen bad stuff happen at WSP shows honestly. Last year didn't seem to bad. 2011 was kinda in the middle. I literally saw a wook walk up to a cop and what I assume was ask where the bathrooms were (there are no porto's), and saw the cop point to the wood line. Then when said wook walked back out from the woods another cop busted him for peeing in public.
I don't frick around down there. I don't really do drugs anymore anyway, but I still smoke a little bit. I won't be at this venue. And don't think you are safe once inside. They have just as many undercover's inside as they do outside. Obviously you can take a quick toke here and there, but don't be openly passing a bowl/doob around.
Just be smart and blend in as much as possible and you shouldn't have any problems.

6-9 hours away isn't really all that close to where I live

Yeah, the OB lodging situation blows big time. Very limited amount of spots to begin with, and it is a big weekend for "normal" families as summer starts winding down. Even the state park camp sites are sold out.

Back in the day I used to put my drugs in my wallet. Unless you are bringing in a lot of nugs this is the best way I found without have to shove shite down by your junk. I'm not even sure if they are truly allowed to open your wallet. Usually they just glance at what is in your hands unless it is a cig pack or something.
