I could sing along to every word of "All Falls Down" freshman year of highschool . I've since become less of a Kanye fan.

I'll credit my distaste for not digging deep enough into albums.

Reminds me of pulling into the McDonalds on St. Charles STARVING and craving awful sausage n pancakes. Had my friend who I thought was passed out buckled into the passenger seat. Bunch of neighborhood rifraf were busting into a McDonalds 18-wheeler and stealing stuff.

I said "East bound n' down" and she said "Loadin' up McMuffins" then passed out again. Laughed my arse off.

ETA:

If I absolutely had to pick favorites from those three bands they would be When the Levee Breaks, Comfortably Numb, A Day in the Life.

It's not that I don't respect their music... I just never really listened to it. I grew up listening to New Wave then Techno. I was in dance clubs from the time I was 16 until this day.

ETA:

If it helps, I LOVE Bryan Ferry and David Gilmour "Is Your Love Strong Enough" from the Legend soundtrack.

Change the tone here for a minute with a couple of my top 10s

Opeth - Harvest

Anathema - Underworld

I beg someone who has never heard of these bands to listen to both of those songs in full.

Man, Kanye is damn genius, ever since "Through the Wire" he's become one of my favorites. I prefer his older stuff though. Dude has some serious skills.
