What are the top 3 songs you want to hear on the beach?

I want
1)that one chill beach-vibe song
ie something like Changes in Latitude
2)the song that when it comes on, everyone looks around at one another like "ohhhhhh shite" and are able to sing along & kick the mood up a notch
ie we're talking about sonething like Santeria or Regulators
3) the semi-obscure song that everyone asks "damn who sings this shite?". Can be old or new
ie I don't even know an example. I guess sonething like Wagon Wheel when it first came out.
Also I need a rec on a decent beach radio with iPod connectivity

nope. I listen to everything other than country. but about 5 years ago country started giving me migraines.
