I'll go the other way. They have a strong case for the best arena rock band of all time.

Gauche is a French word for awesome. Heaven forbid a rock band not be proper.

The irony is, at their roots, they are the quintessential rock 'n roll, bar band...
I mean, the tone out of these guitars is rock n roll...

So you're paying them a compliment?

I'm tired of this hore shite. I love Bon but people act like the band lost all of their integrity and edge once he died.
Let's just say I liked them better with Bon Scott as the singer.

Well it was a maladroit word to use to describe their music(rock).

They are what Rock N Roll stands for and they sound like Rock N Roll to the core. Malcolm and Angus' guitar tone makes my nuts tingle.

I wont apologize for being erudite

Except that you actually complimented them.

Like I said, if the unsophisticated are taking pleasure from that status, that's their prerogative.

They were the first rock concert I ever attended, so there's a special place for them to me.
So many years of good heavy metal rock n roll.

It has nothing to do with being unsophisticated. Rock at its core should be unrefined, lacking grace or elegance. That's the whole purpose isn't it?

I'd much rather listen to Geddy Lee's vocals.
They make me want to puncture my my eardrums with the nearest pointy object. Seriously.
