This is 4, but I think the stretch from Across the Sea to Pink Triangle is the four best songs on the album.

311’s Music and Grassroots are solid. Throw in the self titled and that is a hell of a strong stretch of albums.
QOTSA debut and Rated R (2000) are also great.

"Rid of Me" is a top 20 album for me. It's almost certainly my favorite record made by a female artist. It sounds like you're watching someone have a nervous breakdown through a keyhole. Despite that, I've never heard all of "Dry".
