Colin Lake, Anders, John Gros, Billy Iuso, and even Stanton Moore much more pleasing to watch than that shite the Hornets call a basketball game.

Lakers come to town once a year. All those guys play 25+ shows a year in the city.

ETA: also I dont get your shot at Stanton Moore, who is the most renowed of those guys

Agree about Stanton Moore, I love him. Anders Osborne is good but nothing special. Especially since I can see him at least twice egg month if I wished.

I did enjoy having a couple beers and listening to him a little bit yesterday before I went home from work.

Lakers already played here once this season. I dislike them and their fans. The 4 Q last night was very frustrating.

I wasn't taking a shot at Moore. I guess I worded it a bit wrong. I said "even Stanton Moore" b/c he only sat in on the last song. It was just a little lagniappe at the end of the show.

I hate their fans too (most seem to be rather trashy) but I'll admit it does create a rowdy atmosphere, which is very rare at Hornets games these days.

I agree with you there. It's a completely different type event when we play a Lakers team over a Bucks team.

And yes Anders plays all the time and we've all seen him 100 plus times. But his performances at the square are better than some of the paid shows I've been to and I really like the setting of the square.

Anders set in Jamaica in January was great. Killer version of "Stir It Up" and a "Cortez the Killer" with Warren Haynes. A sbd is available on etree.

Hornets usually play at of home game on Wednesdays, so when W@S is going on, I usually like to pre-game there, and then walk over to the Baby Dome.
