Who else on here enjoys Wayne Toups' music? I've always felt that Wayne Toups is one of the best Cajun/Zydeco artists and he also has infused country, rock, and blues into his signature sound. I know he had his personal struggles at one point in his life, but these days it seems he is on the right path.

Tupelo Honey & Johnny Can't Dance might be my two faves of his.

I always enjoy seeing Wayne. Saw him a couple weeks ago at Earth Day in Baton Rouge and thought it was great as always.

I've heard his songs before but was never a huge fan. However, seeing him at Jazzfest changed that. His live show was full of energy. Good 'ol cocaine Wanye.

His son on percussion (bongos and hi-hats) had to have his heart rate around 160bpm the entire time. He did not stop jumping lol.
