Which oddball, unusual, or seldom used instruments do you enjoy hearing?

I'm going to get a hurdy gurdy soon.

Keep an eye on your women after that happens.

I have an ex girlfriend from Lithuania who gave me a gift of very very old handmade pipe flutes.
They are all together in a bag made of wolf pelt, I can't remember the exact number but it's close to 10 seperate pipes of different length and each flute has 1 note. It's meant to be used in a group circle or close quarters. Probably around a fire. Each person gets 1 note and the group efforts make the songs.
Always thought it was a cool concept

It used to be more common, but I enjoy the Farfisa organ, and also the harpsichord.

Been a few things I have heard that I like.
I heard an Irish folk band in a pub in Chicago. One of the band members was playing the bouzouki. I saw the guy at the bar and asked him about it, that is how I know what it is called. Really cool sound, Wikipedia says this about it
A plectrum is basically a pick.
Dulcimers have a cool sound, I also like Harpsichords. The Glockenspiel is cool but I don't know if I have ever heard it actually used in a musical performance, I have just heard clips of people playing it.

It is a member of the long-necked lute family, with a round body with a flat top and a long neck with a fretted fingerboard. It has steel strings and is played with a plectrum producing a sharp metallic sound, reminiscent of a mandolin but pitched lower.

One of my favorite 90s bands, underrated.
They ran cellos through tube amps and distortions.

I like odd instruments choices a lot. Always gets me excited to hear something different
going back to the Beatles and the sitar. They may not be super unusual but I love to hear a pedal steel, dobro, accordion and shite like that
I wish more guitarists played resonator I really like that

Mark Knopfler used a metal-body resonator guitar on "Romeo and Juliet", and it sounds straight out of the Middle Ages.
Well, just my opinion. I don't know much about the Middle Ages.
Looked at the pictures and I turned the pages.

I have a resonator guitar
I never play it but maybe I will since it’s cool
Have y’all ever heard banjo through a pedalboard? That’s my new project
