Footsteps was already mentioned. But I will throw it out there again.
It goes along with Alone for me but Footsteps is better.

There are too many songs listed in this thread that are on their Greatest Hits, and none of those should be considered underrated IMO.
I'll pick a few:
Footsteps
Garden
Unthought Known (reminds me of wishlist in many ways)
Come Back (such a powerful song)
Drifting
Indifference
There are so so many amazing songs that aren't on the Greatest Hits it's crazy
Most underrated album: Yield (i think it's clearly the best one)
