I read that the tour was delayed, not cancelled.

It was supposed to start April 20.

ETA: I guess delayed/cancelled is basically the same thing

Gonna be a lot of disappointed people, but you can’t always get what you want.

David Gilmore please. Bucket list for me, if that would happen I’d freak out. No, This is not a rumor at all, just wishful thinking on my part.

Also, The Who begins their North American tour May 7. Why not kick it off at JF May 2nd. ??

A glass of wine in his hand

I could tell by his OH GOD I CAN’T BELIEVE THEY SCREWED UP MY ENTIRE JAZZ FEST hands

Wasn't random, just simple arithmetic, but I think the Stone's day was limited to 80,000 or something like that so the loss is around $16 million.

From the OT:

"Also, a single day max attendance is 160,000 at jazz fest

The stones day sold out at an elevated ticket price of $200 per ticket

So this is $32,000,000 they are going to have to refund "

Well if it's from the OT I'm sure months of marketing and statistical data were put into that post.. my apologies
