my oldest boy is into him and his band.

i listen to outlaw country music but i am liking a lot of this guy's stuff. the country boy video has me looking up a lot of their music and i am liking it.

question is, is this a good band or another fly by night bullshite band?

They were moderately popular about 10 years ago.

They're just another bland late 90s-early 00s nu rock band. They're not country.

Aaron Lewis is from Massachusetts and the whole "country" thing he's got now is bullshite.

Get your kid hooked onto some real American country:

My good buddy plays dobro/pedal steel for Aaron...Ben has contributed a lot to his "country" sound and writing" I'm not really into it but he still has a huge following. I think there are WAY worse bands out there, for sure.

Staind was one of my favorite bands back in the day. However, they seemed to get worse and worse the more they released albums. They have a new cd out recently, it is ok.

As for Aaron Lewis doing country songs, I did not know this

I used to listen to Staind a lot when i was younger. If i am scanning radio channels and hear "It's been awhile", i will stop and listen. It's still a good song IMO.

No shite? Muscle Shoals is 15 minutes from my house. I knew there was a reason these guys sounded good! Always liked the Truckers and like a lot of Isbell's solo stuff

sweet! def go see them when they come through again. their shows are part comedy show, part rock and roll show.

BJ likes to tell some stories in between songs... like that "I hope he breaks your heart" song live. hilarious.

what's your email? i'll send you some music of theirs
