Songs played in supermarkets.

Have you ever heard obscure or unusual songs played in supermarkets over the years? I ask because while picking-up a few groceries in an independently-owned store yesterday, I heard "Windy" by The Association. That bizarre old tune was the perfect soundtrack for my quick jaunt into a store that looked like it had not been remodeled since the 1970s.
One local grocery chain I worked for in the 90s played lots of Steely Dan and even Donald Fagen's solo work.
What are some songs you recall hearing in supermarkets?

not sure if this counts, but I still remember hearing In The Summertime by Mungo Jerry once and thinking what a random, seldom played, quirky classic

This one from The Clash would be a good one for stores to play.

One day in Roberts, I heard Cool It Now by New Edition. I was dancing down the aisles.

The Winn-Dixie soundtrack back in the late ‘90’s was legit!

Heard this in a book store several years ago before Spotify or Pandora. Just so random it shocked me.

Superfreak while checking out in the grocery store.
I shouldn't have, but I made what I thought was an appropriate benign comment to the high school girl that was running the checkout line. Good thing I had a covid mask covering my face.

A couple weeks ago, I heard a song by a childhood friend who’s making it playing and I jammed the f$&k out!

Indeed it was. There was the aforementioned Steely Dan stuff, plus Gary Wright's "Dream Weaver" on heavy rotation. There was a bizarre little number called "Too Much Saturn," by Francis Dunnery and "Everybody's Talkin'," by Harry Nilsson, too. Good times.
