Saw them at Lollapalooza last year and they were great. Setlist was a nice mix of old and new from the Bends all the way through AMSP. Ful stop is another new song that is great live.

Very jealous of all who go to this show.

Moon Shaped Pool is a great album. Very subdued yet full of power.

Figured I'd bump this thread. For any of you that couldn't get tickets for the nola show, do yourself a favor and check stubhub...

I'm guessing that scalpers bought far more than we initially thought. But yeah, why has the bottom dropped out of SO MANY??? Looking at it this morning, some have definitely sold since I posted last night though. There was a pair on the front row on 301 that I knew wouldn't last long.

Scalpers over bought. Same thing happened for the Cure. Tickets went down to like $8! I don't think nola has the after market sales that other cities do because for one we have so much free and cheap music. If a shoe sells out thru regular channels , people are like oh well and don't even look to aftermarket. Plus I'm always amazed at the amount if people who don't trut or dont know what stubhub is

Lol @ the people who bent over backwards to get early tickets for the show. The band is well past their prime and their fan base has mostly grown out of their preteen crying phase.

Buyer beware. They took some steps to curb scalping. You could only buy four tickets at a time, the name of the purchaser is on all the tickets, tickets can't be transferred and the purchaser has to be there when all the people present their tickets.
