What are the requirements for a true festival?

Kiwanis Club monthly meeting and the Stuart Hall spring fling don't cut it, TW.

People like this are the reason I'm not that fan of festivals. The music is shortened and the people suck

Ventured out yesterday between 3-5 or so. Light crowd due to the 'stiff dew', which made getting food/beer quite easy. Today should be a much better day, weather-wise

Ground was holding up pretty well when we were out there. Probably some good mud there by now, but there's a lot of brick walkway to stand/walk on
