This three string cigar box guitar was handmade by a guy out of Tupelo, Mississippi (I forget his name), it has a pickup in it, I mostly play slide with it.

Not really sure of the specs.

This is just a cheap Chinese copy of a Gibson J200, the only reason I still have it is because they're illegal to sell. It sounds pretty decent for what it is though. Build quality isn't great.

This is a dreadnought I designed and it was then built at a Chinese factory. The build quality on this is very good. Bone nut and saddle, solid rosewood back and sides, satin finish, and a red pine top.

It's very loud but the sound isn't quite as "polished" as I like, it is still opening it and will take some time.

This is a Fender Partscaster assembled from a double bound Squire body, a MIM neck, and Pure Vintage 64 pickups.

This is my "workhorse" guitar that I play at gigs and such.

An Eastman E8D, basically the Eastman version of a Martin HD28 (better in my opinion, I had an HD28 and sold it in favor of the Eastman).

Solid Indian rosewood back and sides, Sitka spruce top, bone nut and saddle, also had a custom pickguard put on. Nitro finish and a K&K mini pickup.

This is the newest (to me) guitar in my collection.

A handmade acoustic from Bob Wiliford, built in the same style as a prewar Martin. Technically a dreadnought but is actually a bit smaller than a traditional dreadnought.

Solid Brazilian rosewood back and sides, Adirondack top, all hide glue construction, bone nut and saddle, and a hand rubbed satin varnish.

Sounds like a vintage Martin to me.

It's interesting to see the differences between the grain of a Sitka spruce top and an Adirondack spruce top.

Also notice the differences between East Indian rosewood vs Brazilian rosewood

I've tried several times to post photos on here, but I never can get it to work.
That wilford guitar looks really nice.

The crown jewel - 1981 Black Beauty Les Paul Custom. It just sits there looking pretty because I rarely feel like playing it.

My favorite acoustic - I wanted a Martin since I played someone’s 41 years ago. Bought this one around 2017. It just sits there looking pretty because I rarely feel like playing it.

My Jackson lineup. Love the Jacksons. The maroon 2005ish Randy Rhoads was just about the only guitar I played for many years, til I bought the soloist in 2018. I bought the white RR around the same time. It just sits there looking pretty because I rarely feel like playing it

My Mick Thomson Jackson soloist is pretty much the only guitar I ever play now. Love this thing.

This is actually my current setup in my new house. The rest are in the closet.

Lest my guitar collection fool anyone, I’m ashamed to say I have more money than talent. I like my guitars, but I could get by with just one. I suck at playing. Can’t play lead so after 40+ years of playing I still just crank out barre chords to ‘80s/‘90s metal tunes in my spare room. Never been in a band.

Same here. But I enjoy it, I can turn off the world, play & make myself happy.

No doubt. As much as I suck, when the wife’s not home and I go crank up my Marshall to 11, in my head I’m playing an arena.

Back in the day my best friend was in some big local metal bands while I was in college and then dental school. He taught me Breaking the Law and told me one night I need to join them on stage for that song. To this day when I play that song in my guitar room, I’m working on my stage moves....though his last band ended almost 30 years ago.
But you can bet your arse I’ll be stage-ready if they ever have a reunion tour.

ST, you're an acoustical maniac! I'll try to post some of my left-handed toys later.

Giving it a shot. I only started using this computer recently, so I only have photos of one of my partscasters on here. If I can make this work, I will add more later. I bought this guitar for 100 bucks at a pawnshop with a hardshell fender case. I mainly wanted that case. It had the wiring cut and hanging out. I fixed that and changed out the black pickguard for the pearl one (I think it looks pretty good with the pearl one, probably going to change the tuner knobs out for pearl ones soon). I let a guy have it, and he was supposed to pay me, but he never did. His old girlfriend brought it back to me a couple of months ago, it had been in her closet. I had never even plugged the guitar in before I let that guy have it, turns out, it's a great sounding/playing guitar.

looks like it worked! thanx for the help! I will have to get my buddy to take some photos later when he comes by, of some of the other guitars. We don't have cell phones anymore since I retired, I'm always home.
I found this photo in my old e-mails. I built this LP junior from a kit.

Clint, what's that slope shouldered dread in the background of your second pic?

Clint might not answer for a while. That looks to be a Maestro, I think it's a Gibson company. My cousin bought one just like that for his stepson online for almost nothing, and it's a really good sounding/ playing guitar.

Burns Cobra w/ Brian May Trisonic pickups

Burns Steer- Modeled on Billy Bragg's early guitar

J Macis Fender Jazzmaster

'74 Alvarez 12 string

Low level Martin

Guild made in Westerly before fender bought them. It is in desperate need of repairs but it still sounds great.

Man, Those Burns guitars look awesome. I've never come across one in the wild, do they play as good as they look?

I picked it up for $35 at a trade show, I played it through 5 songs and it stayed in tune.

Came with a case too. I dont play much acoustic, so it works for what I need.

I think my cousin gave like 75 bucks for the one he bought, that was brand new. I was shocked about how good it is. Even the set-up on it was great.
