Hey Andre and Burt, I like to run/workout to Biscuits jams, but I'm kind of a noob as far as what individual shows/jams are really good

Y'all got any recommendations for some good like 20+ minute jams that are just straight 4/4 dance beat, trance with lots of synths going on kind of jams? Like good stuff that doesn't slow down, for long runs

I'm a big fan of '09 stuff, so anything with that kind of sound would be cool

Thanks

its my favorite workout music. The music just kindof flows with your heartbeat. everythng i post isnt very good quality but i can send you the sbds I have if you want them.

The latest sets I posted above are good old school jammy biscuits. The Jigsaw Earth jam above is a good place to start.

Also this one; LINK
The crickets and mindless dribble are over 20 minutes. the basis for a day is 44 minutes. the mindless dribble is my favorite though.

If you want more of what they're doing now which is alot trancier and electronic, I suggest this one from this year, 04.26.2013 - Boulder Theater

Pretty much the whole show was awesome but its non stop madness from Reactor > Humnunukupua > allll the way into Digital Buddha and Cyclone. I enjoyed that second set a lot even though the first one has a sick Save the Robots fakeout going into Svenghali.

always happy to help someone experience the dark side

These are the kinds of statements that keep me coming back all these years ... the farce continually perpetuated by biscuit fans - that what is going on in the music is some kind of complex brilliance, and that if you don't like it - that's because it's just "over your head." The reality is that it takes an AMATEUR musicians ear to pump out the meaningless garbage that these hacks produce ...

From the start they are handicapped by a bassist who is below-average, at best. Anyone who disagrees with this is clearly not a bass player, and probably not a musician .... Both the keyboardist and guitarist rely so heavily on tasteless effects, that the notes they play become almost irrelevant. Every single sour note the consistently sloppy guitarist hits gets repeated 15 times, due to the child-like amounts of digital delay he's got piled on.

The argument of "at least they actually jam" is pretty pointless, when you consider that these "epic jams" are typically just a 4-5 note pattern - all in the penatonic scale - that the keyboard and guitar start at different points in the phrase ... the idea that any of this shite is some sort of technical billiance that the masses can't wrap their heads around is total bullshite

Thought you guys would enjoy this gem from PT

This is 100% spot on IMO. With that being said, I still like the band.

It's not true except for brownie. The other members are all stars and it makes up for the lack of bass.

That guy sounded like a butthurt panic fan. It's definitely not for everyone. You have to enjoy that genre. This is the only jam band I like because Im a fan of trance music. No other live band can produce trance music like bisco. They are the best at what they do.
