Been thinking about this a bit. I retract everything I have posted in here. Can't a rock band decide to cut a country song? Hell, an entire country album?

Pretty sure Lit did,

I’ve made a reggae/rap/metal album, a southern rock album, and a prog rockish album while working on a pop punk album.

Lit and Theory of a Deadman are two great examples of a HARD genre shift (likely to fit with the times and stay relevant).

Also, I’m a huge Coheed fan from way back but I’ve seen them twice now and they were bad...terrible sound and low energy. I was so disappointed and am hoping I just caught them on an off night both times. They had three female backup singers who were carrying the majority of the vocals, very odd.

Hey, if you or anyone else could help me with some feedback on a track I’m mixing right now, please shoot me an email at bryndenblackfish@yahoo.com (my TD throwaway email account) and I’ll shoot it to you.
