Ridiculous set list.. never thought I’d ever hear Being for the Benefit of Mr. Kite live. Really brought the house down at the end with Helter Skelter and Golden Slumbers/Carry that Weight/The End

Great show. I thought Sgt Pepper's in the encore was a great choice, but perhaps it would have been better as a show ender, until he played the Golden Slumbers-Carry that Weight - The End to close the show. Brilliant.

Live and Let Die was amazing.

think about this

paul mccartney is 76 years old.

he and his band played 35+ songs over 2 hrs & 45 minutes without taking a break except for the encore. paul played bass, electric guitar, acoustic guitar, mandolin, ukelele, grand piano & upright piano. the show had explosions, pyrotechnics, an elevating stage, a dancing drummer, tributes to both george & john, songs from the quarrymen, the beatles and mccartney's solo career, a 10,000 person sing-a-long, stories about jimi hendrix, russia and beatles' recordings, and frequent and sincere acknowledgement of the fans

i dont know what else anyone could want

I'm glad to see he is still well enough to perform. I watched the karaoke show he did on YouTube a couple years back and he looked like he was getting a little frail but he still sounded pretty good when he performed at that bar. Should be a good show.

shite, we brought ours with us. Figured decent odds it’s our last chance.

I thought live and let die was hilarious. Flames shooting out all over, Paul hammering the piano and grinning like a madman, he loves it and lives for it.

I also loved him saying nobody wants the new songs but they don’t care and will play them anyway. Well done Sir Paul, you can play whatever you want.

Probably as good a show as I’ve seen. 76 y/o and he’s still got it. Wow!!

Really? Because he’s been playing at every show for a while now. It’s the same setlist over and over, nothing ridiculous.

1) I’d never gotten the chance to see him before and 2) just because his setlist is comprised of some of the same songs every time, doesn’t mean it’s still not a really good set list, you douche.
