Girlfriend

I've Been Waiting

You Don't Love Me

Wonderful power pop that just happened to come along at the time that grunge hit.

That's my point. I just hardly ever see it mentioned or hear any music from it played anymore. That's why I said overlooked.

He is a saved artist on my XM radio.

The album includes guitar contributions from Richard Lloyd, formerly of the band Television, and Robert Quine.
Amazing talent there.

I actually like 100% Fun a tad better.

'Girlfriend' is one of my all time favorite songs, but I'll be damned if I can stand the rest of the album.

If this is an overlooked song, then your catalogue is lacking. Always been an absolute banger.

He's still touring and plays a lot of these songs. I just saw him this past summer.

Nothing lasts is one of the greatest sad songs. Perfect ending to that album.

I really didn't either, just thought I'd introduce you if that's what you meant.

My comparison has more to do with both of them being indie cult favorites than their music even though you could say some of their stuff sounds similar.

I actually got to meet Julianna Hatfield after one of her shows in around 2003 & she is about as awkward in person as her lyrics & music. She wasn't mean at all. Just....awkward.
