need help identifying a song

ok this is going to be the worst decryption of a song ever, but here it goes, i heard it on the radio, and i really dont have much to go on.
ok, the background is trumpets, there is a voice in the back constantly saying "funky funky" and the main voice says something along the lines of, boogalyboogaly bop, funky funky.
any help would be appreciated
