Who's going? I'll be there. First and last Crue show.

Saw them a while back. Cooper was great. Not a big Crue fan but they were pretty cool. Got to meet the band. Tommy Lee gave me some drum shite. That was neat.

I'd be pretty excited if it were still 1987. Don't care about the Crue anymore but I'd like to see Alice Cooper.

Alice Cooper's band blows Motley off the stage. He has 3 guitar players & his songs are much heavier live than you would expect. He has a hot blond named Nita Strauss who used to play in an all female Iron Maiden cover band called The Iron Maidens. She is legit in every way. Glen Sobel is a good drummer too. Alice brings out all the old props including the guillotine. Motely brings all the fire & pyro. Tommy Lee's drum rig is pretty impressive but he does his solo over the crowd to techno. Vince is still fat & sings every other word to the songs & holds his mic out for everyone to do his job. Enjoy the show.

I saw them in Gulfport. Yall are right, Cooper killed it. MC played all the standards and put on quite a display but musically it was a little lackluster.

Cooper kills it - still. The best showman I've ever seen.

Have to agree. I won tickets to the show here in Jax last October. Wasn't going to pay for them because I haven't cared much about Motley Crue since the mid-80s. I was actually looking forward to seeing Cooper since he is a legend and I hadn't seen him. He and the band were REALLY good and yes they were much heavier live than you might think.

Motley Crue was kinda boring to me. All of the banter between songs seemed very canned. And the whole Nikki Six speech of their backstory/history I thought was pretty cheesy. I enjoyed them MUCH more opening for Ozzy in 1984 on their Shout At The Devil tour.
