Anitpop Consortium, "Flourescent Black"
Deep Puddle Dynamics, "Why Kneel...Taste of Rain"
Anything by Aesop Rock b/c I feel like he could never be "rated" high enough.
I also love Illadelph, but Phrenology will always be my favorite Roots album.

I only list this one because it is easily one of the greatest hip hop albums of all time and rarely gets the respect it deserves

I feel this is one if the best solo albums from the Wu Tang Clan and gets overlooked.
Great stuff from The Bay.
Is this underrated anymore? I feel it has enjoyed a resurgence the past few years.
Nice call on Return of the Boombap I have had that in my car for 6 years now.

Man, this album has been on serious rotation lately. The Alchemist has been in the zone for the past couple of years.

Love Co Flow. I listen to "Little Johnny from the Hospitul" regularly. El-P>>>>>>>Eminem.
Anything on Def Jux or Rhymesayers is elite hip-hop.
