What's a high partner count? I never dated those sorts. The most I recall a girlfriend of mine having was nine. It wasn't one of the longer relationships of mine.
But, you also have a bunch of other rules about your behavior. I was actually referring to those.

My rule of thumb is that the partner count a woman tells me, I multiply by 3. So if she tells me she has slept with 15 guys, I assume it's at least 45.
In today's world of feminism and sex positivity most women have high partner counts by the time they reach 20.
The ideal women would have a 0 partner count but you have a better chance of finding big foot than a virgin woman who is also attractive
For me anything higher than 1 partner per 6 years of a woman's age is too high. Therefore anything higher than 3 at 18, anything higher than 4 at 24, anything higher than 5 at 30 is too much

I Have rules when it comes to committing. No need for rules when it comes to a casual fling. But the most valuable thing a guy can give away is his committment(meanwhile the most valuable thing a woman can give away is access to her reproductive organs). So naturally if I am going to commit it has to be to a woman who is worth giving away my most valuable asset to.

That's silly. You expect a woman to have only one relationship every six years?
The multiply by three is ridiculous as well. If you're dating a woman and she likes you and y'all actually open up, she'll tell you the truth in the vast majority of cases. The past reveals itself in most relationships. If she's lied, unless you're dense, you'll figure it out.

But if you are multiplying by 3 then her telling you have had 1.6 (or fewer) partners puts her st or below 5 actual partners.
