What are y'alls thoughts on Eric Lindell? Yes, he is a New Orleans "regular", a lot of his songs are indistinguishable, and he's got that "Van Morrison - Domino" sound going.
I still think he's a talented songwriter and makes some good music. He always makes for a good concert.

I've been on an Eric Lindell kick lately. It's good camp or beach chillin music. I'll usually check out his shows at Tips and like Heady said he's a lot better with Dragon Smoke.

His new album has a slightly different feel to it,especially the vocals. Been a fan of his for a long time and enjoy his concerts.

His music definitely has this "breezy" chill vibe to it. I wish it had a little more bite to it, but it still has its place, like you described.

One of his songs popped up on Pandora a few years ago, and I've been a big fan ever since.
I have a Spotify station built on him. Makes good Friday evening listening.

caught his 4th of july show at circle bar. good times. not changing the world, but enjoyable music.
