Headliners are very meh but some great and solid bands scattered throughout.

Man Lollapalooza used to be like THE festival in the US. Now it's third, at best, behind Coachella and Bonnaroo.

Never pick a festival based on the headliners. You normally see the headliner from a mile away, like little blips. And you're exhausted from the time and sun. Always choose a festival on the undercards. That's who you're going to see, unless you just show up late for the headliners.

I still have my faded ticket stub from the first one. it says Aug. 21st 1991. I was a junior in high school. I remember thinking we were really part of a movement and an event. can't believe they are still doing it 21 years later.
