Anybody heard of this?

Lindsey Buckingham is arguably the most important person in the band as far as what he contributes. No way the bad will even come close to finding a suitable replacement.

The remains of Fleetwood Mac have already joined Warren Haynes along with the remnants of The Beatles and Frightened Rabbit.

Buckingham has stolen The Heartbreakers from Glen Frey.

Again? He left from 1987 to 1995, and they still produced a lot of great work. Its not like he was the only, or best guitarist the band ever had,
Peter Green, Jeremy Spencer,Danny Kirwan,
Bob Welch, Bob Weston, Dave Walker, Billy Burnette, Rick Vito, and Dave Mason, were all excellent.

Yes, it happened a few weeks ago. I'm really not interested in a Fleetwood Mac without Lindsey Buckingham.

Agreed

Most will argue he was/is, and besides Stevie Nicks, the most popular/famous member the band ever had.

That's what people said when Peter Green left.

Fleetwood Mac, at least this version, is a Stevie Nicks, solo project.

Buckingham is also an insufferable a-hole at least according to Nicks.
