It's actually not bad at all.

I honestly don't know what year it is.

im glad they stuck with their original sound and didn't try to do some weird modernized shite that would sound god awful

1/2/3 are good, with 1/3 being the best tracks

4 sounds like Cypress Hill

5/6 feel out of place after the first four songs

7 is eminem/dre reincarnated

8 sounds like a throwback to grunge/nirvana

9 is a new version of "my life" from choc starfish

10/11/12 are average and easily forgetable

All in all 6 out of 10

Would have been solid had they stuck with the vibe of the beginning of the album.

I’m not sure if they are still beefing with Korn, but we need another family values tour.

Korn
Limp
Staind
Rammstein

I expected this album to be trash - but it's not.

Listened to a couple of tracks this morning. It scratched my early 2000s numetal itch.

This was my exact reaction as well. Especially considering LB signed with Cash Money and that's where this album was started.

I was pleasantly surprised. My only issue is I wish Fred would get over his ballad shite, he tries way too hard to create a slow anthem/ballad and Bizkit's strong suit is Lethal, Borland, and John Otto's chemistry and Borland's unique riffs and energy.

You take everything that's best away about LB and you get these shitty slow ballad songs, which he seems to be trying to re-create the "behind blue eyes" success. It's easily the weakest part of the album and the band.

The goofy nu-metal not taking yourself serious and running with it, behind badass Borland riff's is where they need to operate from.

All that said, crazy we're talking about a "not so bad" Limp Bizkit album in 2021, def some type of worm hole thing going on right now

At least they have some self-awareness.

The first minute or two of "out of style" is pure nostalgia.

Wes doing his thing with Lethal in the background.

The first three tracks are fantastic. What I still can’t wrap my brain around is if they were always supposed to be a joke band and red hat Fred was just a character who ended up taking over.

Also, this track and album are certainly worth revisiting:
