Friend, I was on hand during the Golden Age of rap/hip hop. I feel sad for my grandkids that they are stuck with the likes of Drake and Kendrick.

I’ll be the first to admit rap ain’t for everyone. And yes, some of it absolutely sucks. I stopped trying to convince people that have made up their minds years ago. Same thing with jazz and reggae. I love both, but it’s not everyone’s cup of tea.
