Is there a better keyboard riff than in "Roll With the Changes"?

REO's crowning achievement, IMHO. I love playing air piano when that comes on.

I can think of 100 hundred Billy Joel tunes but I'm with you on playing air piano when I hear that song. 
I also like how he adds "uh" to some words in the lyrics.

Baba O'Riley comes immediately to mind. Karn Evil 9 is another one. But my favorite is Highway Star.

REO has some great tunes: Golden Country (very underrated), Son Of A Poor Man, Our Time Is Gonna Come, Like You Do
Even when they went more pop, they had some good stuff: I Dowanna Know, Wheels Are Turning, Live Every Moment, Follow My Heart

I do love that REO song.
Here are a few other of my favorite piano riffs in pop/rock music.
Honky Cat/Elton John
Great Balls of Fire/Jerry Lee Lewis...especially in middle of song
Death on Two Legs/Queen
And, as someone said, several Billy Joel songs.

When I was in High School we had a cover band,our rhythm guit's dad owned a Ford dealership so in spite of his musical shortcomings we were subsidized.
We made a promotional vid with this song with 2 strippers named Thunder and Lightning flanking the stage on Harleys. Our sound man stood by over a red button like Wyle E Coyote that blew a pair of flashpots at the end-which, of course burned two corresponding holes in the ceiling & shot sparks all over the ladies. Pure awesome.
I'm still trying to track this down because it would probably be a youtube smash but long story short,this song holds a special place in my heart.

Oh Atlanta, Dixie Chicken, Feats Don't Fail me now by Little Feat come to mind. Bill Payne is one hell of a piano player.

There is nothing better. I've actually thought ab this not too long ago. Getting drunk and playing air piano is pretty cool.

Speaking of Billy Joel and great piano riffs, Allentown is a great song in that regard. Pressure also had a great keyboard/synthesizer riff.
